Antique Seth Thomas Plymouth Pre 1865 OGEE Connecticut Mechanical Wall Clock So when I got this it was in pretty rough shape. The back middle piece of wood was loose and I put it back on and lined up the chime. I had to glue some pieces back on and other pieces back into place. HARD TO FIND SETH THOMAS FROM PLYMOUTH HOLLOW! Looks to have a capital type scene with an American flag. The original backing paper always adds to the look and feel of these old ogee clocks. Black body with brown marbled type columns. 25″ tall, 15″ wide, and 4.5 deep. The wood body is in good shape with light signs of age. Both glass panes look to be original and have some light bubbles and waves that you have in early glass. The little locking handle is original and works as it should. Antique Seth Thomas Plymouth 8 Day Mantel Shelf Clock Working. This is a really nice scarce antique Seth Thomas Plymouth 8-Day mantel clock dating from the 1940’s. It strikes with a two- tone chime once at the quarter hour, twice at the half hour, three times at the 3/4 hour and counts the hours with a single chime at the top of the hour.
