Clock is 16-1/2″ long 12″ tall and 6-1/2 wide. Clock is in nice working order nice cathedral gong on the hour and half hour. Comes with key and pendulum. Cosmetically clock dial face is original and aged with a nice patina. Also minute hand tip is broke off and missing but dose not affect operation. This is a beautiful Seth Thomas Mantel Clock from around 1905. Seth Thomas is one of the oldest, most reputable clock-making companies. This clock is made of mahogany Adamantine veneer wood and features 6 celluloid half-pillars with metal bases and capitals. It has its original Arabic paper face with a glass cover. There is a removable back piece that has the directions label and gives access to the movement. The movement is marked “ST” (Seth Thomas) and Made in U. Antique/Vintage Seth Thomas Mantle Clock. Nice wood cabinet with four pillars & a lion’s head on each side. In very nice looking condition. Clock may have been refinished. Clock will run for about a minute with pendulum attached but with no pendulum it will run a little longer. I’m not sure if pendulum is original to clock or not. There is No Key. Also along with the pendulum is a long hooked wire that hooked to pendulum and stuck into a tiny hole in the inside of case which I believe was used to hold pendulum from moving during being moved or storage. Antique Set Thomas #102 Adamantine Lion Head Mantel Clock. The clock runs and functions properly. It measures approximately 16 1/2″ wide x 11″ tall x 6 1/2 deep. The dial is in nice overall condition with normal wear. It appears that along the way someone may have touched up the numbers on the dial. The glass is in good shape no chips or cracks. The wood case has some nicks, scratches and light fading due to age as seen in the pictures. Original sticker still on the bottom of the clock. I test them for 48 hours.
