Made by Seth Thomas out of Plymouth Conn. USA in the late 1800’s. 25″ tall, 14 7/8″ wide, and 4 1/2 deep. Looks to be walnut but please see pictures to be sure. Front glass panes are in good shape with no cracks. The top glass has that old wavy appearance to it. Good antique patina throughout. The outside cabinet has small scratches etc. The face has patina. Lovely early clock, nice label and comes with door and winding keys. There is a label on back from The Moon Dial in Kennet Sq from 1984 saying movement overhauled and case polished. See tape measure for dimensions. I let it run for 12 hours with no issues. Case shows age and some repair to veneer. Reverse painted tablet has been touched up. There is still losses to the paint and still some bubbles that may come loose off glass. There is a crack in the bone keyhole escutcheon.
