This Seth Thomas mechanical wind up with dual chime is aesthetically is in perfect condition. There’s a date inside June 1957. I believe that’s when it was presented to whoever received it. I’m not an expert, but I believe it’s been over wound it has its original pendulum & key. It also has a lock if you don’t want it to chime. I believe that someone who knows what they’re doing could easily have it repaired.

The case is in good original condition with overall wear and tear. The dial is badly flaking and it flakes more every time you touch it. There are a few things you can do to fix the dial, the easiest being to paste a paper image onto the dial, find another one in better condition or just leave it as is.
