Scarce Antique Seth Thomas 30 Hour Rosewood Octagon Top Mantel Clock Circa 1863 Working Well. This is a really nice hard to find antique Seth Thomas 30 hour octagon top mantel clock dating from 1863. This clock has a rosewood veneered case and measures 14 1/2″ tall and 9″ wide. It chimes the appropriate times at the top of the hour. It has a partial label inside. The hands, glass and gold dragon stencil are all original and in excellent condition. The case has a chip on the back bottom corner (see last photo) otherwise the condition is super nice.
