This dates to the WW1/ WW2 era. But winds up perfectly with the aid of a small beaked needle nose pliers.

The clock is in excellent condition, runs well (see video), and includes a key (the key is not original to the clock). Per the photos, there are negligible marks/dents to the clock from age/use.
