This Seth Thomas Chicago Shelf clock is in excellent condition. The clock’s exterior has been beautifully restored and looks excellent. The only issue is that when the door closes and is locked, there is a gap at the top of the clock (See HD pictures). We attempted multiple adjustments to fix this, but we were unsuccessful. This clock is in decent cosmetic condition for its age. The clock was made around the 1920s. The clock keeps good time and chimes at the half hour and hour. The movement has been disassembled, cleaned, had several bushings installed, reassembled, and properly oiled. It runs for the full 8 days. There are 2 keys included with this clock. One for winding the clock, and then a second smaller one for the speed adjuster. Please inspect all the HD pictures closely. The clock is 20″ wide, 5 and a half inches deep, and 9″ tall.
