The clock is in very fine condition and complete it is in running and keeping very good time. Fitted with a Seth Thomas double spring, detached eleven jeweled escapement, compensating balance wheel, Breguet hairspring, cut steel pinions, and heavy milled solid brass plates. These movements were Seth Thomas’ very high end performers and where also used in their railroad clocks. The dial is engraved and silvered and is very clean. The clock movement is all housed in a solid heavy cast brass case with hinged plate glass bezel and keyed door lock.
