The item you are looking at is a very rare antique Seth Thomas wooden electric mantle clock with alarm. I don’t know anything about these old clocks. I took many photos to show the clock from every angle. There is some dust on the inside of the clock face (which can be removed) that can be seen in the photos at the bottom of the face. Seth Thomas clock c1918. Mahogany with inlaid design on front. Includes key and shim. It appears to be a Prospect model, however the inlaid design on the front is identical to a Progress model from 1915, but unlike the Progress, it is not an alarm clock. It chimes on the half hour and hour. All original and it works! On a level surface it needs a shim or a penny under the right side to keep ticking (although servicing may fix this).
