Seth Thomas government clock. WW 2

Runs well for 5 days then slows a bit looks like it may need oiling but i will not open it. Looks like a nautical government clock made in the USA. Nice looking but I really like maritime chime clocks so I m willing to let this one go. Paint on back can be cleaned since it is old. The hinge is strong and locks properly. Clock face is 6 1/2″ overall 7 1/2″ I HAVE A GENERIC KEY WITH CLOCK. Someone scrachted very faintly I LOVE EVA ON BACK. MUST BE AT LEAST 70 YEARS OR SO. IT IS FAINT AND VERY SMALL SCRATCH.
