It looks pretty clean, but may still need to be cleaned, serviced and oiled before use. The mainsprings looks OK. The bushings look good. The plates measure about 5-5/16″ (without extension) by 3-5/8″. The distance between plates is about 1-3/8. The center to center distance between the hand arbor and the winding arbors is about 2.
