This antique patent September 7, 1880 Seth Thomas Adamantine mantle clock is in excellent smoke free running condition. It does have a tiny part of the top of the front right leg missing (really don’t notice it). It is a 4 column faux green marble with the key, pendulum and paper label on the back. This clock is an estate find and while the key is present I have not wound the clock as I’ve read that they can be wound too tight. The key, Pendulum Rod, and Bob are present. There are four antique screws present on back panel that I don’t believe are original (see photos for details). The original label is still affixed to the back. Obtained this through family. Unless otherwise stated it is in a used condition which could include minor scratches, dings, bumps and rust. There is a key for this clock! I have looked and haven’t found a clock that is identical to this one! On the back of the clock where the opening is to the clockworks is a personalized engraving that I have no idea who or what it says. It is a faux marble and the columns I think are a plastic.
