Great find from estate of Yachtsman and nautical enthusiast. Vintage Seth Thomas Corsair Clock and Barometer Set. Original lacquer and patina. Never scrubbed or polished. No signs of damage, repair or abuse. Clock has German movement. It works well and sounds wonderful. Not tinney or harsh. Barometer works great too! I’ve enjoyed having them but it’s time to pass them along. Hope you get them!

This is an 8-day clock and should be wound (both holes) once a week. It strikes “dog watches” or naval time. The clock will strike even numbers on the hour and odd on the half. I have disassembled, cleaned, oiled the movement, and have cleaned & polished the case. The dial face has a brushed stainless steel finish, and shows both 12 hr. A winding key is included for the strike & movement mainsprings. A silver custom 3D printed base is included for desk or mantle display. The clock measures 5-1/2 in diameter, and weighs just over 3 pounds.
