There is a tiny piece of veneer missing at the top right which is barely noticeable (see last photo); otherwise, I see no other defects in the wood case which looks to be maple. It has a very nice reverse painted tablet that does have a few scratches in the paint on the inside of the door that really are not seen from the front with the door closed.

This beautifully crafted antique clock from Seth Thomas is a stunning piece of history. This clock is a must-have for any antique collector and will sit perfectly on a shelf or mantle.

Seth Thomas Ogee- Rare Weight Driven Clock. The clock is running and it starts after few seconds but without pendulum works longer. It might needs some adjustments or cleaning service. The glass has crack too. The key is included.

Antique Seth Thomas Weight Driven Calendar Clock Case. This is a really nice antique Seth Thomas weight driven calendar clock case. It measures 26 3/4″ tall x 14 3/4″ wide x 5 deep and dates to about the 1880’s. The condition is very good. It has an original Seth Thomas label on the inside of the door and the original door glass.
