Not sure if clock is working. All parts seem to be present so it looks as if it’s serviceable if not keeping correct time.

Antique 1800’s Seth Thomas String Weight Driven Clock Mantel Pendulum Key REPAIR. Antique Seth Thomas String Weight Driven Clock, all there but needs to be serviced and/or repaired. Key, pendulum and weights included. Has signs of old age. Damaged paper label inside. Missing the top glass. It measures 26″ Tall x 15.5″ x 4 1/4 approx.

Crafted from beautiful mahogany wood, this rectangular clock features a stunning column and cornice design, as well as an analog display type. Its intricate design and finish make it a perfect addition to any room, and its collectible value is undeniable.

The inside paperwork states it was made in Plymouth Hollow, Conn. It also states it is “Warranted Good”.

There is a tiny piece of veneer missing at the top right which is barely noticeable (see last photo); otherwise, I see no other defects in the wood case which looks to be maple. It has a very nice reverse painted tablet that does have a few scratches in the paint on the inside of the door that really are not seen from the front with the door closed.
