1863 Seth Thomas wood mantle clock & parts has a great reverse painted glass door. Clock is NOT in working order but comes with and it’s original key. Clock face has some flaking and it’s missing it’s knob on the cabinet door. Otherwise great looking clock I’m sure someone could get looking like new again. Measures approx 16 1/2 X 11 1/2. Gorgeous Seth Thomas half column weight driven shelf clock. Beautiful rosewood case with minor nicks, chips and scratches (see pics), original reverse glass, original top glass, both iron weights, pendulum and 30 hour oiled works, with alarm mechanism. Newer looking face over zinc plate, no key included. About 25 tall by 15 wide and 4 deep. Counts the hour on a wire gong (removed for tuning in the pic).
