For Sale a Rare Very Nice Antique Seth Thomas & Sons Tucker Bronze Mantel Clock Circa 1878. Case has been cleaned and gone over to bring back natural bronze patina. Porcelain dial with a couple chips that are hidden by bezel. Bronze heavy bezel sits on clock and covers dial, but hinge is broken, so it needs to be removed and replaced after winding. Clock has original porthole back cover with original screws that allow viewing of the movement. Seth Thomas and Sons Marked French Style movement marked. 52 AMERICAN WALNUT – 1932. Offered today is this beautiful, one of a kind Seth Thomas Chime No. 52 produced in the year of 1932. This clock has man made character marks that show in the pictures but worth mentioning. Top of the clock has a sun bleach spot that can only be seen when on top but not from the sides. The dial has some wear that someone along the 90 plus years tried to rub spots out and the chapter ring shows fading from about the 6 to 10.
