Seth Thomas 48J Rack and Snail 8-Day movement, strikes on cathedral gong on the half hour, and on the hour with the hour count. Clock has a Beautiful Fully Restored Mahogany cabinet with natural patina left, excellent condition. Offered with the original Seth Thomas Porcelain dial with Arabic Numerals, solid brass bezel and glass. Clock movement was completely overhauled, cleaned and oiled for another lifetime. Movement beat rate and error were set in timing computer for extreme accuracy. Clock body was disassembled, cleaned, leveled, polished, and reassembled. Chime hammer leather […]
