Description: 1909 Ornate Seth Thomas Brass & Glass Crystal Regulator Clock with alarm. Includes Key and Pendulum. Features winding points for the movement, alarm, and pendulum height/speed adjustment. Clock does not wind. Measurements: 6 1/2″ x 8″ x 16 Weight:13 lb. Condition: Good antique, used, as found condition. Some tarnishing to the brass, particularly on the top side and the corner ornaments. The original pin for the hands has been replaced by a small nail. Alarm spring winds but main spring does not. This is a beautiful antique Seth Thomas 8-Day Mantel/Shelf Clock. It is a crystal Regulator clock. I think the Model is Empire or Empire 301. The face is marked “Seth Thomas”. On the back of the clock works is marked’Made in US America. The double barrel pendulum is not filled with mercury. The clock in excellent vintage condition, i.
