This rare and beautiful 1936 Seth Thomas #60 chime desk clock. Crafted from solid mahogany with a maple finish, this clock features an Arabic numeral display and a mechanical movement with Westminster chimes. The case is refurbished showing the beautiful mahogany grain and maple birds-eye inset under the dial. It has been running and chiming for 1-month now keeping accurate time. It comes with the original pendulum and key. The case is beautiful and almost perfect. The mahogany and contrasting bird’s eye maple looks stunning condition with very little wear. This clock is in very good condition for its age. Please inspect the HD pictures included. The clock keeps very good time. When fully wound, it runs for the full eight days. It chimes on the half hour and hour (if you don’t want the clock to chime, only wind the right side hole/arbor, near 4 o’clock hour). The movement has been properly oiled recently. If you have no experience with using mechanical clocks, I would kindly prefer that you refrain from purchasing this clock. Mechanical clocks are complex timepieces that are not plug n’ play devices.

Beautiful antique Seth Thomas mantle clock. This has been professionally restored and is in excellent working condition. Feathers are 2 pillars, wood grain, detailed metal lions heads on the sides and feet.

Clock is untested but looks to complete minus the locking key and the top latch to close the back.
