DIAL VERY GOOD BRIGHT CLEAN APPEARS RADIUM DOT MARKING HAS DARKENED. HANDS VERY GOOD MISSING SECOND HAND. HAS A NAVY MARKING N IN CIRCLE ON DIAL.

The best I can tell, this is a fully functional piece. It was last serviced in 1992 by the West End Watch Jewelery & Clock Repair Company. It comes with the key, and the clock.
