The best I can tell, this is a fully functional piece. It was last serviced in 1992 by the West End Watch Jewelery & Clock Repair Company. It comes with the key, and the clock. This clock shows some wear, as pictured. This clock is missing the pendulum. This clock does not come with a key. Please do not assume this clock works! There various scuff marks and damage throughout, as pictured. The label on the back is ripped and I do not have the piece that was ripped off.
