This nice old clock is in very good strong running condition, as shown, with no breaks or cracks. It dongs the the correct number of dongs on the hour and a single bell ding on the half hour. It comes with key and pendulum shown. One of the lion heads on the side is missing a pin in it’s mouth. Otherwise it’s a super nice clock with nothing else to mention. For sale is a large size Victorian mantle Ogee clock in its original wooden case, made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company. The clock is weight driven, instead of spring driven, which explains its large size design. The original Seth Thomas label is still present and quite complete and readable from the interior of the clock. The clock is complete (with pendulum, the winding key, and two weights) It winds, ticks and chimes (on half and full hours) as it should. Up for sale is this Rare Antique Seth Thomas Cathedral Arch Mantle Clock W/ Silvered Dial. Both mainsprings are good and it has been ticking away while I photographed it without the pendulum attached.
