Here is an antique Seth Thomas clock. NOTE: The top is slightly separated from the sides, so the columns fall out. You’ll need to have the clock structure secured in order for them to stay in. There are a few spots of damage to the veneer on the edges/corners. We wound the clock at it runs for a few minutes and then stops, so it will need serviced. The chimes are one hour ahead (chimed 10 times at 9 o’clock). The wood back cover is missing. It measures 18″ wide (including feet) and stands 11″ tall.

UPON OPENING OF THE CLOCK INNER COMPARTMENT, THE FIRST GENERATION ELECTRICAL CLOCK COMPONENTS ARE VISIBLE SHOWING VINTAGE CLOCK MECHANISM AND THE OLD TIME WIRING WITH FABRIC TYPE WIRE INSULATION, WHICH WAS USED IN THE OLD DAYS. PASTED INSIDE OF THE COMPARTMENT FOR THE CLOCK COMPONENTS IS A “DIRECTIONS FOR SECONDARY” LABEL, LISTED AS SHEET NO. THIS LABEL STATES, AMONG OTHER THINGS, THAT “THIS CLOCK IS WOUND FOR 300 OHMS”.
