Antique Banjo Clock Seth Thomas 8 days. I know nothing about this clock. It looks like it should have a power cord but don’t see where it would go into the clock.

It’s been keeping pretty good time for a few hours but the chimes are very reluctant to engage without some help; it sounds like they will strike on the quarter hour but I can’t fully guarantee that. I once got it where it hit all four chimes simultaneously and it really sounded great. But obviously it needs work to get back to correct operation. The dial has various scratches as pictured, the wood case is very clean with a few dings, light scratches, and such, and a couple dark spots to one side (see closeup picture). The clock works as well as chime strike and calendar. The video shows the clock working; however, as with many vintage clocks, it may work intermittently.
