A very cute little brass carriage clock. Marked Seth Thomas on the face. Back of movement says German Manufactured, so I do not know if it is original. Has some wear and plating loss. One side window is a bit loose. Clock ran for the past hour. Does have a few small issues. The alarm does not shut off. The knob for the alarm is stripped, and the knob for the time set does not look to be original. There is no key. Stands about 6″ tall and is about 5 by 4″ at the base. This is a vintage antique Seth Thomas city series Topeka mantle shelf clock with alarm in working condition. This clock has been running non stop for me for days the strike and alarm are working the hour strike needs to be reset. There is slight damage to the all wood cabinet at the upper rear corner (see picture). The face of the clock is tin this clock does not come with the key. For your consideration, a mantle or kitchen clock from the Metal series by Seth Thomas. 8 day time, strike and alarm movement with sunburst pendulum. Original paper on bottom of inside. All parts appear to be original. I was running it earlier and it appeared to run and keep time however it has never been kept running during my ownership and I cannot guarantee a continued working condition.
