This clock is in very good condition for its age. Please inspect the HD pictures included. The clock keeps good time. When fully wound, it runs for the full eight days. It chimes on the half hour and hour (if you don’t want the clock to chime, only wind the right side hole/arbor, near 4 o’clock hour). However, the chimes are very muffled and weak sounding (see attached video). I tried making some adjustments to the chime arm, but nothing seemed to produce the proper sound. Antique 142 Years old from September 1881, Seth Thomas Adamantine Mantle Clock, in good condition, works perfectly gives you the time and chime with a beautiful sound.

Its in great condition considering its age with only minor imperfections.

It is set in a red marble like material called and Adamantine Dimensions 16.5 x 12 x 7.5 Original sticker on the back of the clock with information on its origin and specifications this is worn off some of it is readable.
