This is a fully serviced Seth Thomas mini flat ogee clock with nice dark mahogany veneer on the front, and beautiful dirty blonde sides, dating to about 1870. It has an 8-day lyre movement, featuring stop-works. The label is in pristine condition for its age, and it has what I believe to be the original pendulum and key. The glass, as well as the lower artwork are also original. Slight veneer damage to the top right of the case and top left of the door, but a very original clock. Very Nice Antique Seth Thomas 8-Day Chime Adamantine Mantel Clock Circa 1904 Working Well. This is a very nice antique Seth Thomas 8-day chime Adamantine mantel clock. It features a black onyx finish with lovely embossed scrollwork, six full capped columns, lion’s head handles and ornate brass feet. It has beautiful green marbleized Adamantine colors. It measures 18″ wide including the feet, 7″ deep and 11 1/4 tall. It runs well and chimes at the top of the hour with the correct number of hours and once at the bottom of the hour. This beautiful Seth Thomas Mantle clock has been in my family for the past 50 + years. This clock was made in the United States of America. Complete and includes key and pendulum. Completely original, considering the age, it is in exceptionally nice condition and was well taken care of. Please see photos as I have tried to show the condition in detail.
