CONDITION: Good working condition with key and pendulum. Some surface wear as expected, couple very small hard to see impressions dents in wood at top edge by the crest and on the top. Antique Seth Thomas mantel clock. Runs well, strikes on the hour and chimes on the half hour. Measures about 10.25″ tall and the base is about 8.75″ x 5.5. Condition is as seen in photos. Scratches, dings, and other vintage wear. It has an old key that fits, although it is not the original (it is marked “West Germany”). The key has a solder repair. Antique Seth Thomas 8 Day Time and Strike Banjo Clock 1920’s. This beautiful clock was made by The Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut, USA during the 1920’s. It features a quality Seth Thomas #120J time and strike, keywind, pendulum driven movement. We wound it up and tested it for a few days. It may stop and need to be re started or it may continue to run fine. The nicely styled mahogany case is still in the original finish.
