VINTAGE SETH THOMAS SEASPRITE CLOCK AND TIDE CLOCK BOTH WORK NAUTICAL. MODEL E335-004 AND E335-005.

It has been running uninterrupted for the last 18 or so hours prior to listing. I posted a short video to my YouTube channel, CT Revival Antique Clocks. This is offered in Survivor Condition, as found, Circa Early 20th Century. Made of Brass, all Original, currently NOT working the key will not turn to wind/frozen. I have disassembled, cleaned, oiled the movement, and have cleaned & polished the case. The dial face has a brushed stainless steel finish, and shows both 12 hr. A winding key is included for the strike & movement mainsprings. A silver custom 3D printed base is included for desk or mantle display. The clock measures 5-1/2 in diameter, and weighs just over 3 pounds.

The clock is in very fine condition and complete it is in running and keeping very good time. Fitted with a Seth Thomas double spring, detached eleven jeweled escapement, compensating balance wheel, Breguet hairspring, cut steel pinions, and heavy milled solid brass plates. These movements were Seth Thomas’ very high end performers and where also used in their railroad clocks. The dial is engraved and silvered and is very clean. The clock movement is all housed in a solid heavy cast brass case with hinged plate glass bezel and keyed door lock. Fine Seth Thomas wall clock for 8 day keywound clock with A-200 Series Strike Movements. The clock contains a pendulum ball assembly and winding key. In working condition with no eagle finial available. In good vintage condition and runs as it should. Please see pictures for more details. 22 1/2″ Tall x 9 1/2″ Wide x 5 3/4 Deep.
