Antique Seth Thomas Plymouth Pre 1865 OGEE Connecticut Mechanical Wall Clock So when I got this it was in pretty rough shape. The back middle piece of wood was loose and I put it back on and lined up the chime. I had to glue some pieces back on and other pieces back into place. I oiled it and got it running but I couldn’t get the chime to work, it’s like the limiting mech is stuck or something cause it chimes a whole bunch and doesn’t stop. Very Nice Antique Seth Thomas mantle clock. Rare Mercury God/Goddess Head on Each Side. Clock weighs 7 lbs. Approx 14″ wide x 10″ tall x 5 1/2 deep. Seth Thomas emblem on metal back. No obvious breaks, chips, cracks or repairs. Glass in good condition – hinge seems firm. March 1896 – Date code stamp 6981C on bottom. Adjustable cast lead pendulum bob. 3 5/8 ST Clock Movement.
