Antique (circa 1900) Seth Thomas Adamantine 4-Pillar Mantel Clock in Mahogany Cabinet #295-G. The two simulated marble columns on each side of the dial are in great condition. Lion’s Heads adorn each side. Cabinet is in very good condition. Dial glass is clear and intact. The clock is in full working order. A Bell (ding) sounds on each Half-Hour. Each Hour mark is denoted with a lovely Chime sound corresponding to the exact Hour (one chime for 1 o’clock, two chimes for 2 o’clock, and so on). For Sale a Rare Very Nice Antique Seth Thomas & Sons Tucker Bronze Mantel Clock Circa 1878. Case has been cleaned and gone over to bring back natural bronze patina. Porcelain dial with a couple chips that are hidden by bezel. Bronze heavy bezel sits on clock and covers dial, but hinge is broken, so it needs to be removed and replaced after winding. Seth Thomas Ogee Shelf Clock w Original Reverse Painting on Glass 1800s. Reverse glass painting of a castle scene on the bottom window. Ogee case, made in Plymouth Hollow, glasses puttied in. Dial is metal, and two rings drawn around time track with dots for minute marks. Early features of dial are tapered numerals 3, 4, and 8, with small winding holes (8.2 mm).
