This pair is from a yacht that was refurbished. They have been stored in a drawer for over 20 years without the battery. The clock started right up as soon as I put a new AA battery in. I saw a bit of movement in the needle of the barometer when I turned the silver knob, but I can’t guarantee it works. The front of the set is in excellent condition. There is a bit of wear on the backside from being mounted to the yacht’s cabin for several years prior to me acquiring them. Vintage SETH THOMAS 14.5 Beehive Shelf Clock 48 0 Movement RUNS / NO PENDULUM. This clock measures 14.5″ tall by 9″ across at the base. The dial is marked Seth Thomas as is the movement inside. Speaking of the movement, it has the code 48 0 (or 48 O) towards the bottom. I wound this up a few turns and it started ticking right away very fast. That is when I found that it’s MISSING THE PENDULUM INSIDE. There is NO key included as well.
