The Seth Thomas 8 Day Keywound Clock, model E899-159 ISS. 3 # 6705, is a vintage banjo clock from the mid 20th century. This clock features a mechanical movement and a charming banjo shape, with a wood frame and brass accents. Approximately 30 inches in length from the very bottom to the top of the finial. About 9.25 inches wide at the bottom box and about 4 1/2 inches deep at the bezel glass to the back.

Seth Thomas Mantle Clock 89 AL Beehive – Works. Clock measures about 9.75″ tall and 8.25″ wide by 5 deep at the base. The clock does run and chimes but will need to be serviced. The chimes are not in sync with the time. One of the hands is bent and the case is in nice condition and does include a key to wind the clock. The key is probably not the original key. It does have age related wear but is overall in nice shape. Please see pictures for all details.

Deck clock in good condition. My dad believed this was off the USS Flasher. Upon removing the movement, the serial number is off by 1 digit from the one written on the tag. The number could have been misread, and this is the clock from the crew’s quarters but there is no way to be sure. My Dad passed last year and no doubt new of the discrepancy on the inventory tag and believed this to be off that sub. Either way it’s a beautiful piece of history.
