Antique Seth Thomas Mantle Clock Tested And Working. This clock is electric and in working order.

Not Working, I can hear the motor running, but it is not keeping time. I made sure the reset bar was in place. The wood case has some paint specks on it from over the years. Scuffs/scratches on the wood case, please see all photos. Front glass is not damaged, just some paint specks.
