The exterior case has veneer missing and some repairs but it’s still presentable as is. The original zinc dial pan has been professionally repainted and looks great. This measures 15 3/8 in by 10 1/2 in. Original Clean Seth Thomas movement is marked S Thomas, Plymouth Conn USA. Also is stamped 5-7/8. Includes key and original pendulum. A nice vintage shelf or mantle clock. In overall fair to good used condition with some finish wear to the case. Looks to be a rosewood veneer. There is one small area of separation on the back side that is not visible from the front. Has a celluloid face with a bit of mild wear. There is no key. Currently this is not running as the shaft for the pendulum is off. Case is about 5-1/2″ by 14-1/2″ and is about 10 tall. Shelf G – FO. Antique Seth Thomas “Queen Anne” wall clock, solid oak case 36″ tall 13″ wide and 5 deep and is in wonderful condition. 8-day time and strike movement with sweep second hand is very clean and runs strong. Movement is stamped with a patent date of Dec. 28, 1875, door lock is functional and there two splits to the top of the case due to shrinkage. I would date the clock to 1883. Paper dial is a replacement and pendulum rod is not original to the clock. This a great example of the Queen Anne.
