Late 19th century, working, Seth Thomas Roman numeral ships clock. Eight day wind up with 2 hands seconds dial. Retains most of the original paper on wood back. Front glass door is not chipped, nicked, or cracked. Metal body has no dents, rust, or scratches. The clock measures approximately 3 1/2″ in depth and approximately 6 1/2″ in diameter. Antique Seth Thomas 8 Day Striking Mantle Clock. This beautiful clock was made by The Seth Thomas Clock Co. In Thomaston, Connecticut, USA during the earlier 1900’s. It features a quality Seth Thomas #89 movement which has been cleaned and is in good running order, keeping time and gonging properly. The nicely styled mahogany case is still in the original finish.
