Find Antique Seth Thomas Balloon Clock. The clock is approximately 12high x 7. 1/2″ wide x 5″ deep. This is a running clock with a nice sounding cathedral gong. This clock is all original except for the pendulum. The glass is in perfect condition. The clock hands are in great condition. The porcelain dial is in perfect condition with the exception noted above. The mahogany case is in great condition. No drying out cracks or blistering. The clock has been cleaned, serviced, wood cleaned and waxed, brass polished. It’s been bench tested, and running and striking for the last 30 days. Unfortunately, there are buyers who will over-wind the movement, wind/turn the keys backward, fail to balance the clock, vigorously shake the clock, twist the innards and rods, improperly hang the pendulum and break the suspension or just as bad move the clock around with the pendulum attached.
