Original Antique Art Nouveau Bronze Figure With Junghans Clock (Read)

This is a rare and beautiful antique desk/ mantle clock made in the Art Nouveau style. The clock is made of bronze and features a loving woman with hands corssed over clock. It is a wind-up mechanical clock with an analog display. The figure and clock appear to be all original. The clock winds up, but it does not work. Was overwound at some point. Even if you don’t use/fix clock, this is a really nice piece from one the best, if not best, design eras ever. The figure has natural wear and nice patina all around. In very nice cosmetic condition. Stands 11 and 1/4 in high. I have seen this figure with a Seth Thomas clock in it, so you can swap out the clock rather easily or leave all original. Has most of the crystals around bezel are still in place which is rare. Striking piece on mantle, desk, shelf or office. Nice gift for the right person, even if that’s you!
