Made in the United States by the renowned maker Seth Thomas, this clock features a brass and wood construction that exudes a sense of nostalgia and authenticity. The clock mechanism was changed in 2020, the clock is non functioning now.

The clock is in nice condition with no major issues. It appears that it had a dedication plate on the stand, just below the clock. It could be color matched pretty easily, but it’s not noticeable enough to worry about. Mechanically the clock is mostly untested. It was wound and ticked while it was being listed. When the hands were cycled it chimed. This is a nice heavy clock issued by Seth Thomas and it’s priced to sell so don’t miss it!

Antique Seth Thomas Sons & Co. Thomaston, CT, Mantle Clock w/Globe. If anyone knows the exact year of make -we would be gratefull if you shared, Thank you. The wood base seems to have been repaired but the clock is in EXCELLENT CONDITION and untouched- works well. Comes with it;s own key. Surrounded with glass globe. On the verso it is numbered #6352. Wood bottom navy blue stem rests on a Black wood base. As mentioned before the bottom stem part seems to have repaired. When wound with the key it works (Please do not over wind). No key but I did test it with a key of my own and both the time and chimes work correctly. Has been in storage a long time so may need to be serviced. Brass housing, needs to be cleaned and polished. Please look at the pictures and feel free to ask questions.

Although it does not come with a key, this unique and collectible item is sure to hold a special place in any maritime enthusiast’s collection.
