Large old brass clock from Allis-Chalmers Milwaukee Works. It was made by the American Steam Gauge & Valve Company and has a Seth Thomas movement. The face is about 10 inches diameter and the bezel is 12 3/8 inches. It is in working order with some issues. The movement is a vintage replacement. The glass is also replaced. It has tarnish and wear and the back rim has a bend at the top mounting hole. The keys both work, but are replacements. The door often does not lock when it is shut. Eight day spring, strike. Case is walnut with painted dial. Case is cleaned and polished. As you can see, there are losses to the dial. As you can see in the photos, there are missing pieces to the top round piece. The movement has been cleaned, oiled and bushings replaced as needed. For sale is a Hennegen Bates Co/Seth Thomas Sonora Chimes 4 bell beehive clock circa 1910. The movement is an 8 day movement (wind it once a week). The movement is stamped with Made in America. The clock rings on four bells. It chimes on each quarter hour adding to the sweet melody. The walnut case has a small veneer loss at the apex in the back (seen in the photo) and a divet near the top that does not detract from the enjoyment of the clock. Antique Black Seth Thomas Mantel Clock Label #102 Eastlake style Rare. Very nice looking clock. Has storage dust and light shelf wear. Appears to be complete, including the original back, rear label, key and a pendulum. Measurements: 13.5″ across, 10.5″ height, 6 width. The clock currently does not run. The newspaper that the key and pendulum were wrap in was from June 18th, 1965. There is a note stating that this was a wedding present to a family member roughly 90 years ago. The original signed Seth Thomas movement has been serviced and is in good running and gonging order. Up for sale is a rare Seth Thomas/Southern Calendar Clock Co Antique Double Dial Regulator. The clock appears to be in overall good condition, with the exception of minor scratching from age, and the fact that the lower glass is missing.
