Here is a recent estate find. This is a Rare Antique Working 19th Century SETH THOMAS’French Victorian Style’ Fancy Black Marble Slate Mantel Shelf Clock with Open Escapement, made in the USA. This Clock measures 14 1/2″ Wide x 11″ Tall x 6 5/8 Deep, and is Very Heavy and Weighs almost 42 Pounds (Packaged Weight)!!! This Has a Black Marble Slate Case with Red Marble Swirl Accents and Engraved Gold Gilt Designs.
