This clock is in nice cosmetic condition for its age. The exact year of manufacture is unknown, but based on the movement and the clock design, it would have been from the very early 1900s. The clock has a Seth Thomas 120 series movement, which was one of their best movements. Very nice, 1921 Seth Thomas Tambour #74 mantle clock with 113 movement. Movement was rebuilt with several bushings replaced. All three main springs were removed, cleaned, and oiled. Beat was adjusted and has been running in test for several months. The chime and strike work as it should. All hammer pads have been replaced. The bezel and beveled glass show some wear but normal for its age. If you have any questions, please ask. I have rebuilt more than 100, 113, and 113A movements over the years. I’m trying to thin out my accumulation of clocks and sacrificing this one at such a low price.
