Settng instructions on the back label. Maintenance dates have been pencil marked on back (See Pictures).

The bottom has the name and date or the previous owner (Lillian Kendrick, Sept 25 1917 – Montevallo Alabama). I believe it is missing the cap (top of pyramid). There’s chipping on the front cover. Antique SETH THOMAS 14 Shelf Clock in Victorian Ornate Metal Case WORKS! This clock measures 14 tall and features a painted dial. Age is unknown but I’m thinking it’s from the 1890’s to 1900’s era. I does a single ding on the half hour and a number of dings on the full hour but the count is off. What I mean by that is when I advanced the time to 12:00 – it dinged 8 times.
