The clock case is stainless or aluminum (non-magnetic) and the wall bracket is made of bronze. The door to the clock face is glass and Bakelite in construction. The entire clock weighs about 15 pounds and is painted in a navy black coating. Contains original fittings, lights and dials for adjustment and running in the dark. Seth Thomas Starburst/Sunburst Teak Clock 1960s/70s. Stunning 26 inch (in diameter) retro clock Seth Thomas clock, made in Scotland. Overall in good condition and works well. Clock face (7 inches in diameter) and numerals in good condition (but would benefit from a polish). Metal parts have some tarnish and 3 of the 4 clips that hold the clock face in place have broken (see photos). The most recent broke when I removed the clock from my mum’s wall where it has hung for decades.
