This pair is from a yacht that was refurbished. They have been stored in a drawer for over 20 years without the battery. The clock started right up as soon as I put a new AA battery in. I saw a bit of movement in the needle of the barometer when I turned the silver knob, but I can’t guarantee it works. The front of the set is in excellent condition. There is a bit of wear on the backside from being mounted to the yacht’s cabin for several years prior to me acquiring them. Vintage Seth Thomas Mantle Clock see (Video). The right side needs to have a shim under it for the clock to continue running. The gong for the hour and half hour is backwards.
