This beautiful Seth Thomas Mantle clock has been in my family for the past 50 + years. This clock was made in the United States of America. Complete and includes key and pendulum. Completely original, considering the age, it is in exceptionally nice condition and was well taken care of. Please see photos as I have tried to show the condition in detail. Antique 1800’s Victorian Seth Thomas Calendar Parlor Clock. The clock has been running continuously for a week. There is some time drift so some adjustment is needed. I don’t know if the day calendar feature is working properly. I look at it one day and then it moved a number of days. Not sure how it works. The clock face has a lot of flaking. It has been refurbished and runs fine and keeps time near as I can tell as I watched it for a full day. May require cleaning or adjustment to be perfect. Case in beautiful condition with minor wear. For sale is a large size Victorian mantle Ogee clock in its original wooden case, made by the Seth Thomas Clock Company. The clock is weight driven, instead of spring driven, which explains its large size design. The original Seth Thomas label is still present and quite complete and readable from the interior of the clock. The clock is complete (with pendulum, the winding key, and two weights) It winds, ticks and chimes (on half and full hours) as it should.
