Large Brass case with built in stand. Have not seen another like it. It has a band around it with steering wheel spokes, that make it stand up. It also has holes on back flange and could mount on a wall. Measures 8″ tall when standing in tilted back position, 7″ Bezel, 5-3/4″ face & 4 ” deep. 9-1/2 from end of spoke to end of Spoke. Nice brass case with high polish. Bezel hinge is nickel plated or chrome plated. Has minute hand & Silver plated face. HARD TO FIND SETH THOMAS FROM PLYMOUTH HOLLOW! Looks to have a capital type scene with an American flag. The original backing paper always adds to the look and feel of these old ogee clocks. Black body with brown marbled type columns. 25″ tall, 15″ wide, and 4.5 deep. The wood body is in good shape with light signs of age. Both glass panes look to be original and have some light bubbles and waves that you have in early glass. The little locking handle is original and works as it should. Needs a good cleaning. A key is included but not sure if original to this clock. It does wind but DOES NOT work. Hopefully an easy fix for the clock expert. When moving the manual Bell Strike leveler it does ring but I think it needs a tune up. The nut holding bell in place is not original. What you see is what you get.
