Up for sale it is a very nice antique Seth Thomas table clock. It isn’t working condition and keeps very good time. Please notice my photos as they are my best description.

Looks to be all original, including the key and pendulum. One tiny veneer loss as shown. I think finish is adamintine? It’s very dark brown, almost black. The original felt pads on the feet have been poorly replaced.

This is one of Seth Thomas’s smaller 8 day mantel clocks with a silvered dial, thick beveled glass, and full front door. Cosmetically I don’t see any issues. The finish is old, but nice with a warm patina. It appears to be mostly original and not tampered with. The clock was wound, and was allowed to run as it was being listed. When the hands were cycled, the clock chimed. The last service is not documented and the condition is as is. It’s a great looking clock with more quality than allot of their other small mantels. It’s priced to sell so don’t miss it!

The stand is damaged as seen it has broken on one side and is missing the clock face has some scratches and could use a good polishing on the brass if you can’t on don’t want to fix the stand this would make and awesome hanger clock the movement does works. This is one of Seth Thomas’s black mantels with the Adamantine finish. Cosmetically, the clock looks really good with a smooth glossy finish and original wash on the embellishments. The dial is nice, but a little faded on the numbers. The glass is a little shakey in the bezel, but that seems to be a design flaw more than anything. There’s a good label on the rear and the clock seems to retain most of its original parts. Clock does wind up fine and works. Has not been tested for accuracy. Most likely would need to be serviced as it did not come with any records.
