In Thomaston, Connecticut during the year 1899. It has a very unusual black and white marble-look Adamantine top and trim against the solid black Adamantine body. All of the original feet and ornaments remain and are in great shape. Everything on this clock, for the most part, is and original, including most of the original label. Turn of last century Umbria wall clock for parts or restoration. Circa 1890’s, Seth Thomas Clock Co. 15 day time only, Umbria wall clock. Movement: Original 15 day double wind movement. Springs, and gears in good condition. Could use a good cleaning. Ticking, but untested further. The paint was flaking badly, so I refinished it. Case: Oak with oak veneers in original finish.
