I believe this is model number 6 its just under 33 inches tall, overall seems pretty good for what looks to be a survivor unrestored and untouched, we believe with some tic it will run, probably needs cleaned and serviced I had it running for 20 30 seconds at a time, I should note, I have two keys that came with but no pendulum, I had one laying around that we tried that is pretty close, the new owner could have that.

Thank you for seeing! It is 42cm wide, 65cm high, 11cm deep, and the dial is 12 inches (about 30 cm) in diameter. It is in good condition for a clock that is approximately 150 years old. It has been on display for 5 days and works well. It has been internally cleaned and greased. The clock works fine and the hour strike works fine. The pendulum moves without stopping. There is almost no time error and it is usable in daily life. Please use the pendulum screw for fine adjustment of the time. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the item. International […]

This is one of the oldest domestic wall clocks, manufactured by the American company SETH THOMAS in the late 1860s to 1870s (early Meiji period in Japan). It is a large wall clock of the OFFICE No. THOMAS THOMASTON CT engraved below it. Originally based in Plymouth Hollow, Connecticut, the town was renamed “Thomaston” in 1865 in honor of the company’s founder. This clock was therefore manufactured sometime after 1865 and into the 1870s. The dial has a 12-inch approx. 30 cm diameter, giving it a bold and impressive presence. The clock strikes the hour on the hour, chiming the number of hours. Considering it’s approximately 150 years old, the […]

Not Working, I can hear the motor running, but it is not keeping time. I made sure the reset bar was in place. The wood case has some paint specks on it from over the years. Scuffs/scratches on the wood case, please see all photos. Front glass is not damaged, just some paint specks.

Since it is a used item, it is in good condition overall, although there are some damages and stains. The case is solid mahogany with nice decorative studs. The original logo is still nicely visible on the dial. I bought this watch at an antique store over 25 years ago and enjoyed it hanging on the wall without moving it. When I wound the spring and moved it, it runs fine. However, if you want to use it for a long time, I recommend overhauling it. International Buyers – Please Note. Thank you for your understanding.
